Lesson 4 of 11
In Progress

Day 3: Stand Tall

Today’s lesson is all about standing tall—inside and out. Your posture isn’t just the way you hold your body; it’s a reflection of what you believe about yourself, the energy you carry into your home, and the presence you offer the world. As you explore this teaching, you’ll learn how confidence begins internally and expresses itself through how you walk, enter a room, greet your family, and even approach the challenges of your day.

Through Scripture, reflection, and real-life story, you’ll see how God invites you to stand with strength and courage even when life feels heavy. You’ll be guided to look honestly at moments when you’ve shrunk back, and then imagine what it feels like to rise with healed vision, lifted eyes, open heart, and grounded presence. By the end of this lesson, you’ll understand how posture becomes a practice—one that aligns your body with truth, courage, and the confidence God has already spoken over you.

Journal Prompt: What would it feel like to hold space for both your now and your not-yet?

Take a few minutes after each lesson to fill it in—you’ll be amazed at what you uncover when you slow down and write it out.
