EXERCISES:

  1. Shoulder release– twists with 1 hand on head
  2. Hip release– clam shells, swing leg
  3. Leg kicks– Single leg (point, flex), double leg (with lift)
  4. Heel squeeze prone– diamond legs with a squeeze
  5. Side-lying– lateral lift, front kick, back kick
  6. Side Mermaid– on knees, full lift, twist
