Movement: Strength

EXERCISES:

  1. Toe tap lunges– forward and backward
  2. Paintbrush swings– forward and backward
  3. Knee lifts– lift up to 90 degrees, kick backwards
  4. Tree knee swings– tree pose swings, lift arms up and down
  5. Side leg lifts (abduction)– lift out to the side then back in
  6. Hip extensions– kick back (use your glutes and keep hips/spine stable!)
  7. Leg circles– stir forward, backward

MIND MOVE AFFIRMATION: Move- Feet together baby squats
