EXERCISES:
- Toe tap lunges– forward and backward
- Paintbrush swings– forward and backward
- Knee lifts– lift up to 90 degrees, kick backwards
- Tree knee swings– tree pose swings, lift arms up and down
- Side leg lifts (abduction)– lift out to the side then back in
- Hip extensions– kick back (use your glutes and keep hips/spine stable!)
- Leg circles– stir forward, backward
