Movement: Hip Bridge

EXERCISES:

  1. Full Roll– roll down/up (extra challenge: don’t let your feet touch the ground when you roll up)
  2. Hip Bridge– hips hover, add 1 leg reaching up, slow roll downs, add 1 leg kicks
  3. Side-lying abs– double leg lifts, hovering scissors
  4. Swimmers– chest lifts, reach opposite arm/leg (find length!)
  5. Breaststroke Swim– reach forward, open, bend, dive. Reverse
  6. Sit back in “shell”– come to seated when ready to do the other side.
  7. Neck/Leg Pulls– hover knees, plank, 1 leg lifts to point/flex
  8. Push-Ups– on knees or in full plank
