Mindset: Acknowledge

Acknowledgment– The ability to act on what we know in order to move forward from feeling stuck, used, unappreciated, or helpless; to doing what needs to be done.

Acknowledging our needs is the first step to empowerment.

Moving into accepting our current state of existence while admitting our need for help and support allows others to be an active part of our lives. When we acknowledge our needs we not only feel empowered, but it calls others to their unique space of empowerment in the service to you and others.

This dual empowerment improves the quality of relationships with others, self and humanity.

Our quality of life is always enriched when we acknowledge and ask for support and in return, we feel served and supported by those around us.

One feels purposeful, while the other feels provided for….. The circle of life.
