EXERCISES:

  1. Sun salutation series– reach up, forward fold, lengthen lift
  2. Chaturanga series– Plank, chaturanga, up dog, downward dog, lunge
  3. Pigeon series– hover knee crunches (center, out, cross), pigeon
  4. Downward dog series– reach under and cross through, reach forward and lift the opposite leg
  5. Hovering hips– tabletop, hips back to hover and hold
