EXERCISES:
- Child’s pose– rest
- Cat & cow– inhale open and exhale close, single-arm/leg reach, pull elbow to knee, cross leg over behind you, sweep around the gate, reach side to side
- Down dog– walk it out
- Mountain pose– action fear can go to hell, shame can go there too.
- Plank flow– plank, lower, up dog, down dog
- Side plank– reach over your head
- Child’s pose– rest
