Water: the most powerful life-giving resource in the world around us everyday. Without completely understanding all its benefits, purpose and connection of life, the message of water remains one of the most powerful in all of life.
I am a creationist, I believe the world was created by GOD in 6 days. In Genesis 1 on the second day of creation it reads, “And God said, ‘Let there be space between the waters, to separate water from water.’ And so it was. God made this space to separate the waters above from the waters below and God called this space, “sky.” On day 1 it was light and darkness and day 2 sky and water. The way I understand it was- water was present- He did not say let there be water- He said, “let there be SPACE between the waters.” Water is a source of life. In fact, in our mother’s womb, we are formed in the safe and beautiful environment of warm water. When we are born we are more than 70% water.
H2O: three elements represent the triune perfection of science much like the triune God, spirit, and man. A perfect combination of hydrogen and oxygen that has all the physical properties for health and wellness but also contains the spiritual conductivity of consciousness through our words, prayers and thoughts that we excite and exchange in the property of water in us and around us.
Precious and essential to all of life.
Water is the foundation and building block of every aspect of our life. From the creation of Earth, to the creation of individual life; from the water we drink to the water that makes up you and me. Water is not just at our fingertips and FREE, but can be the source that sets us free from our sickness(es) physically, emotionally and spiritually. Water; a life source and resource of all power from the inside out, outside -in and all around us.
Through our understanding of water we not only unlock the doors to our health, we bring peace and healing to the world.
Water for our Health
- Drink at least ½ your body weight in oz. (For example, a 100lb person requires 50 oz to maintain health- that is at minimum 6 cups of water a day!) If you want to feel good and have energy (remember water conducts electricity) then drink at least ½ your weight in oz.
- You can add electrolytes to water to improve taste and likelihood of drinking water while delivering essential minerals for healthy functioning and energy.
- Drink room temperature or warm water as much as possible. Cold water is hard on the internal system.
- Get in or be near water as much as possible for the positive ions and energy that it gives. Our body absorbs humidity to nourish or skin, and our mind receives positive ions for positive thinking and peacefulness.
- Benefits include- lubrication, hydration and suppleness of joints and healthy skin, kidney function and other regulatory functions including transportation of toxins out of the body and delivery of nutrients to the body. Water energizes and supports your successful exercise program and weight loss as an exchange for other liquids including soda, coffee and wine.
