Lesson 3 of 18
In Progress

Method: Journaling

Today, get your journal out and start writing….

(pro tip: set a timer for how long you’d like to journal)

What

The process of expressing what is stirred in the soul to words on paper with a pen. Simple. Powerful.

How

Set a timer if you feel like you may be prone to wander or get lost in your thoughts so much you don’t want to start. Breathe into the message of truth. Use a hand over your heart, head or take a moment to meditate with eyes on hands while visualizing and breathing into your intention of acting on the truths revealed in the moment of writing it from soul to sentence.

When

First thing in the morning. Devotional – read a verse, thank God for the truth, write it back as a prayer, then set it as a purpose for your day.

Why

This is the beginning of creating a dialogue with self, God, and spirit. Words left unwritten get buried away. Written down they become tangible thoughts that become tell-able stories. Start writing your story.

There’s only one YOU….

Live the BEST you today!

Now go and GROW!
