Functional Strength is about you being strong for the things you do all day. Gym fitness is a thing of the past. It’s where you lift too much, stand around too long waiting for others to show you their muscles, and perform movements you don’t do any other time during your day. Functional strength is about strengthening the muscles you use most of your day to use them, not bend and break them.
