Mindset: Acceptance

Today we anchor to the thought….. Acceptance is the glue of grace that holds all of life together when it feels like it’s falling apart. Some call it surrendering or letting go but that is an act of releasing what came to you purposefully. All things are used in the growing process.

Acceptance is the act of receiving the good with the bad, the pain with the joy, the growth with the setback, the storm with the sunshine, the wind with the rain, and the harvesting with the planting.

Only when I accept the message of resistance can I use it to strengthen my range of motion and resilience.
