Almost 10 years ago I was extremely sick with no answers to be found. All the medical community was stumped why I had a very extreme allergic response to every food I ate and was in a constant state of inflammation. I thought I was “healthy”. I exercised, ate well according to the SAD (standard american diet) but inside I was stressed and the state of dis-ease was the breeding ground for an influx of autoimmune attacks that left me on a 2-year conquest to heal my body from the inside out. I abandoned thewestern society’s approach to “band aid” treatments and tuned into my intuitive language of health through food, exercise and lifestyle methods for healing.
